OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY​

Lisa Baker Design Studio takes our social responsibility seriously, and we care greatly about the lives of the individuals engaged in the manufacture of our  products. Our suppliers, factories, and mills must adhere to Lisa Baker Design Studio's internal code of conduct,.

 

•Statement of Expectations – We hold our suppliers accountable to meet labour rights standards stipulated set out by the the International Labour Organisation and the Ethical Trading Commission.

 

•We are unable to openly disclose our factory and supplier information due to sensitive information and the competitive nature of the fashion and design industries. However, we keep a record of all of our suppliers' firm codes of conduct to ensure that they are aware of and adhere to the rules established by their respective countries.

 

•We visit our UK factories at least once a year to check their working conditions, and we only work with factories that meet local and EU legislation in terms of legal and ethical rules, as well as providing safe workspaces, fair working hours, and equitable compensation.

 

.•We appreciate people's work-life balance, and as such, Lerow by Lisa Baker's team works no more than an 8-hour workday and no weekends.
